My ear and jaw ache on the right hand side and feels like theres something inside my ear every now and then.

Hi,

The symptoms you have mentioned can be temporo-mandibular joint arthritis/ inflammation of the external auditory canal. But it needs a thorough examination before diagnosing. Till you consult your ENT specialist try taking anti-inflammatory drugs (such as Ibuprofen/ Diclofenac).
