when i'm sitting at my computer and I focus on a particular spot, for instance to aim in a game, my eyes twitch back and forth, side to side only, and I can't focus or determine depth, what could this be a symptom of?

Hi.. you may be having a refractory error or could be because of excessive straining on the eyes.. Get your vision checked, you may need glasses..
