My Father 73 Years Old. This Month I Have Taken

My father 73 years old. This month I have taken Ultrasound of abdomen of my for the first time. Ultrasound reveals that Gall Bladder contains 2.0cm stone.Wall is of normal thickness, no peri-cholecystic fluid seen.CBD is not dilated.

>>>>Conclusion Cholelithiasis<<<<<<

My father have no symptom of gallstone , the 20mm stone look like silent. I took an advise of an expert doctor who claims specialized in lithotripsy treatment and have lithotripsy eswl equipment in his hospital , he scared us that you should go with lithotripsy eswl treatment to crush the stone because my father age is 73. I asked him that stone is silent and not causing any symptom and all other medical tests are normal except the stone. He is asking so much money for lithotripsy eswl. I am also in medical profession & I think he is just for business. My father have one one gallstone 20mm or 2.00cm . And it is made up of cholesterol not by calcium as it was not detected by X-Ray of Gallbladder view. I asked the doctor that is there any medicine that can dissolve stone like ( Ursodiol ) Ursodeoxycholic acid no matter if it takes years. He said no , you should either go with lithotripsy eswl or through surgical removal of gallbladder that my father age 73 years cannot afford, so lithotripsy eswl is the best treatment. I read from internet that lithotripsy eswl is not very effective for gallstone and only 25 % candidates are suitable for this option. I am wondering what should I do, can I try ( Ursodiol ) Ursodeoxycholic acid , or should I not do anything for my father as I heard that gallstone with no symptoms need not to be treated , wait is see the best option. But what If I try some medicine to dissolve stone. I am very much anxious about my father gallstone. Please advise. Below are complete blood workup for my father.
