My father had some coughing so the doctor advised for an x-ray and then a CT scan. The report reads : Large heterogeneous expanding mass lesion is seen in the right lower lube of approx size 139×110×91 mm With adjacent parenchyma etelectacis with partial collapse of right lower lube bronchus. The mass is enhancing right lower lube, right main bronchus carina and adjesant esophagus. Right lung appears normal.
Is it definitely cancer or there are other possibilities?
