My Father's Age 70 Years Suffering From Crf Since Last

My father's age 70 years suffering from crf since last 15 years.
5th days before he became unconscious his creatinine 8.5
usg report shows b/l kidneys with hyper echoic in echo texture with loss of CMD dialysis done 3 times now his creatinine 3.5 in shara hospital lucknow Dr says 2times dialysis in a week
can he servive without dialysis on treatments
what is your opinion sir
