Hello Dear! Welcome to Healthcare Magic. Morning sickness can continue throughout pregnancy so if continuing at 12 weeks, it is NOT abnormal, but dietary status of expectant mother must remain good. 1st trimester is risky & the bleedings you are referring may be showing an early abortion [plz don't get alarmed much]. Correct thing for your fiancée is now to show to a Gynec Specialist ASAP. All the best.
