Sometimes she feels as though she might have her menses due to stomach ache but she wont. whats the reason for such type? can you please guide her that she may attain her menses normally? she is a very active girl. but some doctor suggested her to excercise everyday. But as we are students we dont even get much time to excercise. please guide us.

Hello there,
There has to be a reason as to why the menses have stopped. This could be due to emotional upset, hormonal imbalance, pelvic pathology or pregnancy.Im assuming the last is not a option. But she needs to get her thyroid levels, prolactin levels,LH/FSH done and also a pelvic ultrasound. If all have been done and normal then she should see her doctor for medicines.
