My Girlfriend And I Have Been Having Unprotected Sex All

My girlfriend and i have been having unprotected sex all month since her last period. She is about 1 day late but is experiencing an orange/reddish discharge. We use the pullout method, and she is on birth control, and hasnt missed a pill since before we started having sex regularly. We are both extremely worried. She is having signs that she is about to start her period but that may also be pregnancy symptoms. Please help
