Hi I have bad hair fall , apply every day oil in my head washout morning still my hair fall have dry hair, what will be the best solution ?

See if you have any dandruff or any other infection in scalp. and treat that first. also eat a good amount of vegetables and fruits, in form of salad, take milk daily and if you are a non-vegetarian, eat fish, its also helps.
