hi my name is Carmen i just had a baby 4 months ago and my hair is falling a lot and i have pain on my left elbow joint i am also 30 ears old what can it be..

what u have is sumthg called as telogen effluvium which is very common in the post partum period. dont worry , the hair loss is transient . and have good balanced diet with good protein content, also c to it that ur hemoglobin remains normal.
