My Heart Hurts.I Am Short Of Breath Also

I am having pain in my heart...literally my heart hurts...I am short of breath also? I started feeling like my nose was plugged...like my sinuses were clogged up last Monday. And I have been out of breath, fatigued and my body aches. I know it sounds like the common flu, but this is much different then before. I have been having pain in my chest right under where my heart is. Its sharp when I am doing things and my heart starts racing. On top of that, in between my should blades almost right behind my heart (chest cavity) it hurts like hell. I am 25...well, 26 today and have never felt anything like this before. At first I thought maybe pneumonia or bronchitis, but I have suffered from both. My main concern is how heavy my chest feels. Like my chest is sunken in and it hurts a lot. I am winded easily and fresh air does no better. Any suggestions? It typically only happens when I am up and around. That s why I haven t freaked out and went to the ER. By the way, I am no idiot..... I called the ER and asked them if I should go in or not....guess what they said...I am better off setting up an appointment with my family doctor.
