Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my heart is beating an average of two beats per second and I m really fatigued all of a sudden. I have a history of anxiety disorder, but I don t feel any other symptoms of a panic attack. What could this be? Is it bad? Should I be nervous? What should I do? I was in the shower when I noticed it. I wasn t exercising or anything. then, when I got out, I kept dosing off, sitting on my bed. It s been an hour and a half and I m still experiencing it. my chest feels a little sensitive now. is this bad? I have a history of having a sensitive chest - it comes from having an inflamed breast bone? I was diagnosed with that, but I forgot the medical term. I have seen a cardiologist about my sensitive chest - I was put on a heart moniter and there was no problem. I wasn t sure if it was just the inflamed breast bone or if that could potentially be a symptom of why my heart rate is increasing.
that happened to me once, it was in the shower too, i think it was because the lack of oxygen, i was taking a really hot shower and there was probably not enough oxygen, and it felt like a fat lady sat on my shoulders and i really felt like falling down, but i fought it and opened a window and after a while i got back to normal, but it felt like like all my muscles just went through a crazy workout.
