My Heart Skips A Beat And Then Resumes With A Heavy Thump After Eating. Underlying Cause?

after eating my heart skips a beat then resumes with a heavy thump. Seems to happen with bread and protein. Also I get a little light headed. I am definitely reactive hypoglycaemic & suffer nocturnal hypo nearly every night. Just lately it has become worse especially if I attempt to go low carb.

Dear sir

Definately as per your symptoms and my analysis it might be due to autonomic neuropathy or complete heart block

When ever there is a block in the transmission of atrial impulses into the ventricles, ventricles beats itself which causes lot of other signs like heaviness and other symptoms due to ventricular rhythm.

Definately it needs further examination as it may cause supraventricular tachycardia, or arrythmias.

Thanks
