My Heart Started To Pound Suddenly, Felt Hot And Dizzy. Had An Attack 2years Ago. Worried About The Findings?

I was sitting on my chair and all of a sudden my heart started to pound, I felt really hot and dizzy to the point I might pass out but i didn't. I had a heart attack 2 years ago but this felt nothing like that. I also had a shortness of breath. Mind you.....all this happened in a time frame of about 15 seconds or so. Any idea of what this might be? Thank you.

Hello,

You're having history of heart attack in the past.
Of Late you have experienced sudden tachycardia, profuse sweating and dizziness and it has last for only 15 seconds.
As you're a known cardiac patient you might have gone into an arrhythmia.
With such a brief period it is unlikely.
This may be an episode of black out.
ie Supply of blood to the brain may have been cut off for a brief period.
