My Heartbeat Is A Bit Strange, Kindly Help Me

The other day i am finding a bit stranger my heartbeat beats as normal and then all of a sudden as am working away it beat slow and i can feel this but my pulse race and it worrys me sometimes its like i have to take a big deep breath to feel ok again any suggestions on what this could be i am worried to think it could be that young death syndrom like if it could be a start of it i will have to get the docters yet they might not be able to tell me anything cos it happens like one a week please help anyone had this problem

Yes it could be anxiety; but I wouldn't just settle for that. I think the best thing is to go to your GP who will rule everything else out. He'll probably do an ECG/ possible monitoring of BP over a period of time (to get an accurate result) and take it from there..I had similar issues a while back, even had a cardiac MRI. Nothing came back as abnormal. It was put down to anxiety/stress. Please see your Dr tomorrow to be on the safe side...it does sound like anxiety/panic attack
