My Husband Appears To Have Had A Stroke: Garbled Speech,

My husband appears to have had a stroke: garbled speech, slight right side weakness in arm and leg. carotid artery 50%, heart fine, sonograms show no blood clots in legs although experiencing leg pain right leg, MRI, CAT show no stroke signs. Slight drooping to right side of mouth. Normal blood pressure now up to 173/88 and blood sugar 124 to 270 was normal range prior to incident. Released from hospital to rehab hospital. No source of "stroke" found and blood pressure and blood sugar high. What the hell happened?
