My Husband Has A Soured Milk Smell Like To His

My husband has a soured milk smell like to his skin and he spreads this smell to the bedding, pillows, blankets such like and it makes me repulsed by it. Sometimes the smell will fill up the whole room if the door is closed. My guess from sweating but I am no expert. He finds it offensive, I understand but I can not breath from it and it makes me want to vomit. I feel bad about being rude to mention it..but it must be said and dealt with. What could be the cause please?
