Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband has a spot on his chest, five years he had heart by pass and about one year ago he developed a spot at about the top of the incession. he called our medical doc and he referred him to a dermatology clinic. They removed the spot and told us that it was scomoucis cells and the doc said it appeared to be clean area. Since then it has flared up 2 more times. A last week he went again and the doc said he now feels that he could have something trying to surface from under the skin the result of his surgery. The doc put several shots of something under the area sent my husband home and said to watch or for several days. Today he called the clinic and told the nurse that it was ooze. She suggested that he keep the area clean but not to cover it. My question is if it is something left or trying to surface where do we go to find out what can be done to get this cleaned up and healed up.
