My Husband Has Been Experiencing Like Stabbing Pains In His

My husband has been experiencing like stabbing pains in his chest he says it feels slightly behind his "right breast" almost beloe his ribs...he has been getting frequent jaw pains as well and when this happens his heart rate goes up...it normally is approx 60 and when he gets the pain it goes up to 84...he also is short of breath and just feels bad...the 1st incident was 3 weeks ago and that actually made him collapse to the floor...he got up and had to sit after about 4 yards...the pain has never gone away and he is extremely tired...i am concerned about him...he thinks he is just tired and needs some rest
