My Husband Has Been Experiencing Moderate To Severe Upper Abdominal

My husband has been experiencing moderate to severe upper abdominal pain with hypertension ranging from normal upto 240/117 within 15-20 minutes. Most of the high B/P are occurring at night but does have it also during the day. He has diabetes type 2, acid reflux, slight case of dumping syndrome, constipation, gastroporesis, sleep apnea (he does not use his cpap on a regular basis).
Please help us. We have been to dr after dr, with no luck in diagnosing the problem
