My Husband Has Lots Of Medical Problems As Well As

My husband has lots of medical problems as well as depression and anxiety and Ocd too .. He has also had the gastric bypass in 2000 and several other surgeries ; however right now ( From 8 weeks ag) he was in the in the hospital with bleeding ulcers and low blood and iron and they fixed him up with medicine and IVs and I had several different tests run and a scope on his stomach and he got out and was a lot better and then they increased his iron but in the last four days he has severe fatigue and exhausation and seems like his memory is being affected and is slow of speech and the reason we don't know what to do is because he lost his job and insurance and so we cannot go anywhere for help. We are not sure if it's dehydration or something else ; we also know it is related to stress and financial issues by he is unemployed but have never seen him this tired and exhausted and his mind being affected in the area of motivationcan. you give me advice please he is unable to stay up for very long ....he does have some problems keeping stuff down in his stomach or throwing up two times a week but there is no blood associated with that he's just very fatigued and we ran some errands today for a couple hours and he barely made it home just to go to bed: I WAS TOLD WHEN I LOGged in THAT THIS WAS FREE ADVICE ! What's the deal we both lost our jobs what is it that you don't understand we can't afford to pay for this advice
