My Husband Is Epileptic And It Has Got Worse Over

My husband is epileptic and it has got worse over the past year, he has them more frequently and has now developed a slight studder and has lots of pressure on back of head. He also has experienced a couple black outs, not remembering where he is temporarily. didnt have insurance but will on the 28th of this month. So i guess my question is could the seizures be causing all this or could there be more to it?
