sir,my name is rizwan akhter,age =27,i am facing severe throat infection,i ahve problem in swelling,i can not speak loudly this time,i also have cough and cold problem,please give me advice and medicine ,my inner part of throat became red .

Do the salt water gargle and do not shout for Doctor here without payment. You have to pay for a good service anywhere in the world. Hahahahhahaha...... is it not true guyz?????????
