My Left Nasal Is Blocked, I Think It Is A Cyst.
my left nasal is blocked.it has been for years when i went to the doctors they said it was an infection and gave me medicine and it went back in.they also made me blow my nost and push down on the blocked nasal and it kind of made it better but it still came back.i think its a cyst.it gets mucas on it but it blocks my whole left nostril and no air goes through it at all.sometimes when im out side it will shrink and kind of go back in my nose.sometimes if i push on it too hard it bleeds.my doctors are no help at all

Your problem is more likely a swollen mucosa of nose rather than a cyst.If you will blow harshly, it is bound to bleed.To contarct it when it is blocking your nose,a cold sponging may help. But for long term relief you must go for deep steam inhalation and Pranayam.These two things will definitely give you a better feeling.

Hi, I am Dr Sonia S V.
