My Little Finger Is Red Around The Cuticle Together With

My little finger is red around the cuticle together with yellowing and bumpy finger nail that has not cleared for about a month. I thought it would grow out and have been using Bactroban cream on it as it hurts without the cream. The finger nail is growing in with the yellow bumpiness. It is not growing in normally. It is only affecting the one finger from the joint to the nail. The joint is not sensitive to pressure. I do not know how it started.
