My Menstrual Cycle Has Been On For Seven Days Now

My menstrual cycle has been on for seven days now and normally it lasted five days.. My tubes are tied and I have been having pregnancy symptoms such as nausea and spitting a lot. Yesterday I had stringy like clots to come out and one day I'm flowing heavy and the next I'm not it be looking pinkish color.. May you please tell me what's going on this is the first time this has happen to me
