My Mom Is 90 Years Old And Had A Pacemaker

My mom is 90 years old and had a pacemaker put in 4 days ago. She is resting comfortably but has just about fully blocked arteries in her neck and a narrow artery opening near her heart. Surgery at her age is too risky because of the blocked arteries and chance of stroke. is there a way to clear her arteries safely or at least open them up more?
