My Moms Friend Is Here Visiting Us, He Is About

My moms friend is here visiting us, he is about 60 years old and hasnt been feeling well just out of the blue starting two days ago, he is coughing continuously and he says he feel like he has water in his lungs, he doesnt have a fever and no stuffy nose . but has been sleeping for almost two days straight , which for him is very abnormal. his cough sounds dry and wheezy and he has no phlegm when he coughs. and he looks very ill to me . what should i do?
