My Mother Fell From Bike Yesterday And Had Head Swollen

My mother fell from bike yesterday and had head swollen up. We did the CT scan(brain) and dr. confirmed there is no internal injury. She had Vomitted once in the hospital.
So we came back home. Dr. gave a pain killer, acidity and calcium tablet.
After coming back home she had lunch and after half an hour she Vomitted again. Than in the evening also she had an boiled apple and again vomitted. However in the night she had dinner and glass of milk, but did not Vomit.
Also today morning she had glass of milk and Vomitted, but after breakfast she did not vomit. she is having head spin sometimes occasionally.

Kindly advise if we need to see the dr and this is normal.
