my nipples are hurting nearly every day they go hard and turn brown and really hurt for about ten or twenty mins a time both my nipples keep hurting they go hard brown around the nipples but pure white on the end and hurt

You could be having an infection or abscess.You should be examined to rule out both and do a mammogram is needed.
