Hello
It seems from the history that you had a fall following which you have developed a lump above eye brow. This can be because of collection of blood under the skin called as hematoma.
If it is painful to touch then underlying fracture of the orbital bone needs to be ruled out by taking a X ray or CT scan.
If it is simple hematoma it will get absorbed over time.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
