My Outer Skin Of Penis Is Not Retracting Back When It Is In Erected State

i am 24 year old....actually my outer skin of penis is not getting retract back when it is in erected state. If it is normal state, i can pull back any how...after pulling back , if it erects, it is paining a hell. wt should i do to overcome this prob?

Dear, Instead of circumcision, I would ask you to apply a steroid cream like "mometasone". This will loosen your foreskin. Also I'd ask you to consider getting a dorsal slit operation done. This is just a tiny cut made on the upper foreskin. Your penis will look normal. You can also undergo a z-plasty of your foreskin, that will loosen it. Do not feel tense. It's OK. You're OK.
