My Partner Is Always Tired, With No Energy. Recently He

My partner is always tired, with no energy. recently he has had a bad tooth, and couldn't eat for a few days. Now he has a sort of lump in the top of his mouth which has been really sore. He does drink 3 bottles of wine per day, and is relient on it unfortunately. He has no energy, and has suffered from depression for a long while, and seems to have lost the will to live.
