My Penis Smells Like My Girlfriend's Vagina. It's Been Three

My penis smells like my girlfriend's vagina. It's been three weeks since intercourse. The odor became apparent a few days after we had sex. The smell comes back after a day despite washing with soap. It does not smell "fishy" per se, nor does it smell bad. My Girlfriend did have vaginitis when we met (I believe it was fungal). My girlfriend also got a lot of UTI's or yeast infections this past year. Perhaps I've been infected without knowing it, and I've been constantly re-infecting her?

Extra info: I'm confident we are both loyal to each other. My penis is circumcised. The only symptoms I notice is the "vaginal" odor on my penis and maybe (though this may be placebo) a very mild sensation that sometimes (emphasis on sometimes) occurs when I urinate. Everything else seems normal...
