My Periods Is Due Today, And There Have Been No

My periods is due today, and there have been no sign, did a pregnancy test but its negative and myself and my husband have been taking pregnacare conception for 3 weeks now. Not sure if pregnacare is messing up my cycle... I had a mc at the end of January and I did not have any symptoms but miscarried at 6 weeks. I really hope I am pregnant this cycle
