My Question, Would The Prednisone I'm Taking Cause My INR,

My question, would the prednisone I'm taking cause my INR, Absolute EOS, Absolute Mono and Pit to go below normal levels? I began severe bruising (never bruised before in my life) and the bloodwork showed my platelets at less than 10,000 (WBC and RBC were normal). I'm currently being treated with 40mg of prednisone and weekly blood draws. The bloodwork shows autoimmune Positive reactions detected in eluate (platelet-
associated) only. The presence of autoreactive antibodies directed at
platelet glycoproteins is consistent with a diagnosis of Autoimmune
Thrombocytopenia (ITP).
