My Regular, Not Laser Assisted Cataract Surgery Was 11 Days

My regular, not laser assisted cataract surgery was 11 days ago. It was in my more myopic (less dominant eye) and although now my eye glasses work a lot better when I wear them to see distance, I cannot shake a feeling of being out of focus when I look around neutrally. My focus also seems to be framed by a shadow of my cheek on that side of the face. I have sun damage on my conjuntiva? (white skin over eye) and am wondering if this creates this problem. My eye doctor, not surgeon, who did post-surgery exam said that the lens was positioned precisely. However, I am wondering if I will be greatly impaired in my vision once I have cataract surgery on my dominant eye next Monday.
