My Relative 41yrs Old Is 7 Months Pregnant.she Showed Symptoms

My relative 41yrs old is 7 months pregnant.she showed symptoms of premature delivery...as our doctor says.Now she takes davidulan retard twice a day .she has gastric tendency.yday night from 7pm to 10 pm and again from 12 to 3.00 am she had severe pain.Bp was low 103/65 and pulse was little above 100.she slept from 3.30 am to 5 am.Now she has pain in chest (joint area of belly and chest) and it's back side and whole left hand.pl advise if I can give Omez and Domtal or not....what z d diagnosis.She had more than 1000 dhakaars (gas oozing out from mouth)...
