My Resting Heart Rate Is Between 180 And 192. Is It OK?

My resting heart rate is between 180 and 192. I m 17/f, 5 5 , 132 lbs, and have a body fat percentage of 23. I try to work out 3 times a week, but it s hard because of work. I have frequent chest pain and shortness of breath . My uncle, who is a nurse, said that I m on the verge of a heart attack . I m going to the doctor soon. but... Does anyone know what could be wrong with me? It s not high blood pressure. My blood pressure is 62/94. No history of heart disease . I don t drink soda or anything with caffiene and intake little salt.
