My Roommate Is A 38 Yo Male, Works Outside As

My roommate is a 38 yo male, works outside as a trash collector. When I got home form my job last night, he was fine, In the morning he woke up in excruitiating pain, screaming and moaning. It hurt him to urinate and he said his testicles hurt. I wanted to call an ambulance before I left for work today, but he begged me not to, Im very concerned about him because I called him later and he said he could not make it to the bathroom in time to urinate.
