respected sir , am unmarried but i had taken a blood test in that test my serum prolactin is 122.91 ng/mL So whether any problem in that sir wether i got prengnency

Hello.Welcome.high prolactin doesn't mean pregnancy but it does mean many other things.Your level of prolactin is very high and you should be investigated for hirsutism,PCOD,hypothyroidism.Also a CT brain should be done to rule out pituitary adenoma.Consult the Gynec for detailed investigations.Good luck.
