My Sister Just Called And Reported That She Had Been

My sister just called and reported that she had been feeling unwell for about 2 weeks. She has numbness around her head which she describes as having a tight headband around her head with a "trigger spot" just above neck on back of her head. Tenderness? She has been throwing up, too. Several times in the past 2 weeks. No sharp pain, just weird sensation. She is 67 years old. Generally healthy. No recent injury. No dizziness. No blurry vision. No cold or flu. She said she feels like if she moves her head a certain way, something bad will happen. What could be going on? Should I take her to emergency room?
