My Skin Over The Penis Is Dry And Some Cuts Are There
penis over skin is drying & some cut is showing due dry skin , what i will do with home treatment ? and I have purches neomycin-neosperin powder for useing with hot water for cleaning the dry skin & cut wonds .

The other possibility is of an allergic reaction to the soaps, shower gel etc. Apply moisturizer and wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms persist then consult a dermatologist.
