My Son Age 3 Ran Into My Neck Area While

My son age 3 ran into my neck area while I sitting down and when I wasn't expecting it. My head was turned to the left intially then further so after his body weight was thrown against me. Had a headache immediately, neck pain near skull, where neck connects to shoulder area and felt something pop in the middle of my back. Today is day two, still have headache and neck and back pain. Thoughts?
