My Son Got Into Some Lysol Disinfectant Spray And Got

My son got into some Lysol disinfectant spray and got it on his hands I didn't notice it till after he was eatting and had his hands in his mouth. About 3-4 hours later he threw up and it was just once. Than he wanted to eat again and held it in fine. Its been almost 24 hours and he has a little fever and is really sleepy. Is he going to be okay or should I ttake him to the hospital?
