My Son Had Titanium Rods Put In His Leg At

My son had titanium rods put in his leg at 17 after breaking his leg in three places. He is now 30. He is not only experiencing pain and discomfort on a daily basis, he is experiencing back and hip problems. He has 5 herniated discs in his spine. My concern is whether or not this is due to the fact that he has grown since then and perhaps one leg is shorter than the other throwing off his alignment. He went to orthopedic who told him there was nothing that cou k s be done for him except cortisone shots.
