My Son Is 5 And Has An Array Of Disabilities.

My son is 5 and has an array of disabilities. Bowel wise, he has dumping syndrome, although his episodes are less frequent. As of last night, with an episode, he experienced pain all night, hours after his episode, and today his bowels are seedy, but otherwise of normal consistency and color. There is mild distention in the lower right quadrant. Please note, he is also fed by g-tube, and has a nissen wrap, all of which were surgically performed 2 years ago. Is this a normal occurance, or is this something to be concerned about, and what could be the cause?
