My Son Was Taken To Emergency Room Last Night. They

My son was taken to emergency room last night. They started iv's. At first they thought food poisoning, then just dehydration. In 21 hours he has been given 11 bags. His urine is color of beer bottle. He still has diarrhea and now his body is swelling. 5 blood panels have been run and all is normal as well as urine test. They are sending him home because they can't find anything wrong. Should he go to another hospital?
