My Spouse Is In Stage. 3/4 Renal Failure. He Had

My spouse is in stage. 3/4 renal failure. He had a heart echo with results of left ventricle measuring 6.0, borderline global hypokinesis of left ventricle, mildly dilated left atrium, borderline right atrial enlargement, mild mitral regurgitation, sinus brachycardia 1st degree A-A-V block right bundle branch block, T wave inversions evident in anterior leads and ekg report stated could not rule out inferior infarct. He had quadruple bypass years ago and two stents. VA has not referred him to cardiologist regularly and hasn't't been seen by one i approximately 4 years. I can only believe that he would not have had such health decline if he had been seen by renal doctors and cardiologists regularly .. How serious is his condition taking into consideration all of the above. Our family noticed a decline in his renal function after they removed home oxygen from him in 2014. I can assume this oxygen removal would have caused further decline in heart function. He has recently been diagnosed with generalized corticle atrophy and benign essential tremors. I again feel he would not have declined in brain function if he was permitted to keep home oxygen in 2014. Thanks for insight.
