My Step Son If 64 And Has Non Alcoholic Cirrhosis,he

My step son if 64 and has non alcoholic cirrhosis,he has a hoarse voice and is sick to his stomach today...the doctors have drained the fluid off his stomach once and it is swollen again...he increased his water pill to 1 1/2 and lost some of the water....the doctors have gone down his throat 2 times and tied,burnt, or did something to his blood veins going to his liver....what does it mean that he is sick to his stomach and has a hoarse voice today,his next doctors visit is 2/10/16....should he go back before that date?
